Overhauled ETH and Auxiliary Generator completed
The following 3 pictures show the overhauled ETH and Auxiliary generator set for 50030 at an almost completed stage in Bowers Electricals workshop. The only work remaining at this time was to finish painting the terminal box covers and refit them.



By the 15th April the generator set had been completed, the final terminal box covers had been painted and refitted, and the whole generator set shrink wrapped ready to be moved to its new home. The generator set was moved on the 13th August to a secure, dry, heated, indoor location for storage until it is needed for 50030.
