50030 ETH/Aux Generator set collected 13th August 2009

| On Thursday the 13th August 2009 the overhauled ETH/Auxiliary Generator set was collected from Bowers by Scotts Heavy Haulage, and taken to a secure, clean, dry and reasonably warm, storage location in the East Midlands. The space freed up by its removal would soon be occupied by a number of traction motor blowers and exhausters that RRRG have sent to Bowers Electrical for overhaul for 50030. |
